Chef Steven is at your service to demonstrate our many lines of quality equipment. He can assist you with recipe solutions, and suggestions to save you time and expense in your kitchen.

Chef Steven is Le Cordon Bleu trained and certified. He is a graduate of The California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, CA. He is HACCP and Serv Safe trained, and has extensive experience in cost control, and running full service upscale kitchens. Steve has experience as a Kitchen Manager at Cheesecake Factory.
