INGREDIENTS
8 Strips Bacon, cooked to crisp, (Sausage may be used, and would cook slightly faster than the bacon). 
6 eggs scrambled
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup colby jack cheese
Salsa to taste
4 large flour tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS
Precook bacon (Or sausage) for 1-1/2 minutes in the Sonic Steamer.
Mix together the eggs, cream, and spices into the pan the bacon was cooked in, and cook for 2 minutes in the Sonic Steamer.  Add the bacon crumbled (Or the sausage chunked).  Scramble the mixture together.  Place into tortillas warmed in the Sonic Steamer for 30 seconds, and add the cheese and salsa.  Wrap it all up, and enjoy a convenient and tasty breakfast.
