Recipe INGREDIENTS
- Butter
- 1/3 cup sugar plus additional for sprinkling
- 5 ounces bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), chopped
- 3 large egg yolks at room temperature
- 6 large egg whites
- Four 3oz. ceramic ramikins
- INSTRUCTIONS
Melt together the chocolate and 1tablespoon butter in pan.
Beat the egg whites. Add the Chocolate mixture. Fold in the egg yolks. Coat the ramikins with butter and sugar. Pour mixture into the four ramikins, and cook in the Sonic Steamer for about one minute. Souffle's will rise and fall. Garnish with powdered sugar or berries if desired.
