Authorized Service Agents

Prior to contacting your service agent, it's advisable to retrieve the make, model, & serial number of the appliance needing service. This information is typically found on the manufacturer’s ID tag, located on the inside of some cabinets, or on the back or side of the equipment. Having this information available and a clear description of the problem will assist your service agent in determining whether your equipment is still within warranty.  Service agents will likely not be able to determine whether your service issue is a "Warranty covered issue" until they actually diagnose the problem at your site.  Note that most equipment weighing under 50 pounds will need to be delivered to the service agent, as Mfr's do not pay travel time for smaller equipment service.
