The Am15 Dishmachine will now be provided with a smaller 8.5kw booster heater in lieu of the 13kw unit. The low rinse water consumption of .74 gallons per rack does not require the larger Booster. By virtue of this redesign, the amperage rating for the Booster including single-point connection can be lowered. Spec sheets have been updated on the website and in the Resource Center. The energy audit has also been updated to reflect the smaller booster. |
